The lottery of the yachts for the 6th Round Palagruza Cannonball will take place on friday the 15th of February 2013.
Time: 20:00 c.t. (after the report of Mischa Strobl)
Place: Cafe Restaurant Phönixhof, 1070 Vienna, Neustiftgasse 55
(Free parking after 6pm in the near by shopping streets Lerchenfelderstrasse und Neustiftgasse!!)

As an attunement Mischa Strobl will report from his Middle Sea participation starting at 7pm called
"dead calm drama around Sicily" (held in german)

Hopefully no omen for the Cannonball......

After the lottery we will show films and photos of past Cannonballs with opportunities for discussions and exchange of ideas with open end.

Weather seminar with focus on Adriatic sea with reviews of historic Cannonballs and likely weather situations in spring.

This week the contracts for the charter of the RPC yachts will be sent out by Pitter Yachting to the teams.
We think that there probably will be some cancellations so some teams cued at the waiting list will get a chance.

The Bavaria 40 cruiser sport yachts are favoured by the crews and therefore booked out.
Because the options where strictly given in order of the time of registration by the teams there are left 42match only.

Two one design classes again for RPC 2013

Breaking news: Adriatic Challenge will buy 10 new Bavaria Cruiser 40 Sport yachts. Including the 10 yachts of Pitter Yachting, it will make 20 of them in the B40s-class.

On the other hand AC reduces the Bavaria 42 match fleet keeping 10 yachts, which will cover the second one design class for RPC 2013.
For the first time, the Round Palagruza Cannonball will be sailed on 30 yachts then.
